Why the Price You Pay Is Higher Than the Table?
The prices above are Mobily’s own published figures, and they exclude VAT.
Saudi Arabia applies 15% VAT, set by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA). Add that and a SAR 30 bundle costs SAR 34.50 at the point of sale.
This is why third-party lists never match each other. Some quote Mobily’s ex-VAT figure, others quote the charged amount. Prepaid works slightly differently. Mobily deducts VAT when you recharge your balance, so the bundle price then matches the table above.
Pro Tip: Multiply any Mobily bundle price by 1.15 to get the real cost. A SAR 160 100GB bundle actually costs SAR 184.
Two Mobily Renewal Rules Most Guides Miss
These come straight from Mobily’s own documentation, and both change how you use a bundle.
A bundle can only be renewed early once its remaining data drops to 500MB or less. Sending the renew code before that point will not work.
The 300GB and 600GB bundles do not auto-renew at expiry. Every smaller bundle does renew automatically unless you send the stop code.
That second rule cuts both ways. Large bundles will silently lapse, and small bundles will silently recharge. You can also hold several bundles at once. Mobily confirms subscribing to multiple data bundles simultaneously is supported.

Dial *1411# to see your package benefits and remaining balance. This is the code Mobily lists for prepaid lines, and it works without a data connection.
Mobily’s own pages give conflicting advice on the SMS alternative. One official page says to text 1 to 1411. Another says to send a blank SMS to 1411 for postpaid lines.
Since Mobily’s own documentation disagrees with itself, the USSD code is the safer habit. Several third-party guides list a “send 4 to 1411” method that appears on no Mobily page.

How to Stop a Mobily KSA Package Renewing?
Two routes work, and the choice depends on what you want to keep.
Sending the stop auto-renew code from the table cancels future renewals. Your remaining data stays usable until it runs out or the validity expires.
For monthly prepaid plans rather than data add-ons, Mobily uses a different pattern. You prefix the activation code with a zero, so 110 becomes 0110.
Both routes go to 1100 by SMS. The Mobily app also lists active plans with a cancel option, which avoids code confusion entirely.

Every line is tied to the holder’s Iqama (إقامة), the official Saudi residency permit. The Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) caps how many lines one person may hold.
